Hi! I am David Lindeman, the Certified Master Inspector® at Tri-State Property Inspections. With over 1000 residential and commercial inspections under my belt and more than 10 years of hands-on experience in construction, I am dedicated to providing thorough and accurate property inspections.
As a Tennessee State Licensed Inspector, I am insured and bonded to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and reliability for every inspections I perform.
I’m a proud graduate of Chattanooga State Community College and the InterNACHI Academy of Home Inspections. My commitment to excellence extends beyond the classroom. I continue to fulfill over 24 hours of continuing education each year to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards. As a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), I strive to deliver the highest level of service on every inspections.
